Assessment Journey

Is your architecture ready to run AI-native - or is AI still bolted on?

Eight dimensions. Four questions each. 20 minutes.

This diagnostic walks your architecture from the outside in - from how AI reaches your users and employees, through orchestration, agents, models, and knowledge, down to the open enterprise substrate, security, and AI operations underneath.

The result is a layered blueprint: where your architecture genuinely supports AI-native execution, and which layers are creating the real constraints. Designed for CTOs, Chief Architects, and Heads of Platform and AI Engineering.

One rule

Five levels. Four questions per layer. Each question describes five architectural states - from absent or fragmented (L1) to AI-native and self-optimizing (L5). Select the description that most accurately reflects your current architecture, not your roadmap. When in doubt between two levels, choose the lower one. Gaps identified honestly are gaps that can be fixed.

Who's taking this assessment, and where should we send your Architecture Blueprint?

Your report will be personalized to your stack and delivered to your inbox. For the most useful output, answer from the perspective of your enterprise-wide architecture - not a single product or team.
